Suspension Lift

Hey what's up everyone, I'm new to the forum and looking for some help with a lift kit. I want to add a 3 inch suspension lift to my '07 4Runner and want to see if anyone has any recommendations. I'm looking at the ToyTec Boss Suspension System but want to make sure I'm not missing anything. Will this lift affect any other components like control arm, drive shaft, CV joints...etc? Also, any idea what tires I can fit once the lift is installed?
