Suspension noise only when going straight

When backing up or going forward straight off my driveway's rounded curb, there is a knock with a slight grind that sounds like its coming from the driver's side. I put the OEM swaybar links back on and it seemed to start then. I had moved the link joints around to make sure they were still good and didn't feel anything that would make me think its them. The sound never happens when I turn the wheels either way when going off the curb.
Suspension mods in sig.
Any ideas?

Maybe the sway bar links aren't tightened properly? Or they're worn and just now started making noise after you put them back on?

I have made sure they are tight since I had to keep tightening the custom one on the pass. side. Didn't want to go through that again. That made a clunk just driving down the road going over small bumps.

Could be worn...??? When it cools off here, maybe I'll take it off and see.
