suspension shifts when switching from park to drive

So recently i have been getting an odd clank when i start accelerating forward from a dead stop or shifting gears (park to drive) once in a while. Now most recently the truck will actually bob down in one corner when i shift it into drive and then spring back up when i shift back into park when idling. I have never ever seen anything like it.. could it be a tranny/engine mount? i feel like the clanking might be unrelated? I have changed LBJs, inner and outer tie rods, steering rack bushings tho i have yet to do the sway bar bushings (since one nut is totally stripped ) Any idea.. i've been underneath it and can't see anything alarming. I have blown a number of sway bar links but they never made this noise.

Sounds like Universal joints to me.

ya i was thinking the same but it also happens when i am turning onto a steep hill or going over a curb..

To make things worse some of you may know but awhile back my driveshaft popped out so i had to put it back in without having marks to align it properly. I was told the two u joints are in synch so there would only be two different options for how to reinstall it right? Seeing as there are 4 options only.. but i guess can you bee off by maybe one spline? Well anyway so if they are out of synch im guessing you can wear them out much quicker. Is there any shop/toyota mech who can put it back the way it should be?
