Suspension- torn CV boot and bad shocks- $$$ stay stock or lift kit

Okay so need some advice, I have a 2007 Toyota 4runner Limited 4wd I took it in and the shop said the driver side cv boot is torn and the back passenger shock in shot which shares a line to the front driver shock. They said I will need to replace both of the shocks plus the line and actuator. So my guess is since I'm replacing them might as well do the other two right? ..... But if I go that route am I better off buying the parts aftermarket or put a lift kit? Suggestions on that and brands....????

I'll let the guys that have x-reas jump n on that stuff but ya replace boot & repack it . Would def replace all 4 shocks if you can ?
