Suspension Torque Specs?

Where can I get the suspesion torque specs for my 5th gen 4runner so that I can install my Bilstein's properly? I really need to specs for the lower bolts on the coilovers and shocks and the lower balljoint bolts.

Except the camber and toe adjustments which are half a turn past "holy shit how much tighter do I have to go"

yeah, but if you put a 28" breaker bar on it when you're tightening it down, a good solid pump past snug should do
