Your T4R has a front sway bar and a rear sway bar. Both sway bars attach to your vehicle at 4 points. The two inner-points each have a large rubber bushing that the sway bar passes through and pivots up and down in. The two outer-points attach to the frame via "links" which look similar to little tie rods. The front links each have one ball joint and the rears each have two ball joints. Here is a diagram of the rear DRIVER side:
Did the service advisor clarify which sway bar and/or links required replacing?

BTW, these are all relatively cheap repairs. The sway bar bushings run about $15.00 per bar, front links are about $18.00 each and rears are about $35.00 each at Autozone. Also, if your T4R has a lot of miles, I would recommend changing ALL of the bushings and links out for new ones as this will improve your T4R's handling, dramatically.

Thanks for the excellent description! Yes the sheet says front passenger side.
It has approx 95k miles. Is this a mod that can be done with basic tools on a weekend? Or is this something I might want to take the car to a shop for? I am no pro, but I can turn a wrench.

Please make note, the front sway bar diameter is 29mm (which seems to be standard of ALL '03-'09 T4R's), but the rear sway bar diameter varies (which is very important if you are going to change the rear sway bar bushings). Before purchasing your rear bushings (assuming that you are going to change out the rears), you HAVE TO put a micrometer on the rear bar and measure the diameter as it could range anywhere from 17mm up to 21mm, so you need to be sure.
