Sway Links for a 3" lift???

I just installed my 3 inch lift about 8 hours ago. This took me 13 hours, some problems i ran into, as a 'noob.' I ended up going to NAPA asking for rear links that would fit a 97 runner and did NOT specify it would have a lift, probably because they would look at me like i am an idiot:wave: . They were grease-able :eyebrows: . They fit perfectly. i have not done any Offroading yet so i dont know if they will break then but they went on easily. the front are shot but did not have new ones to replace them with and i will not need longer ones there. in about a months time i will replace the fronts with grease-able links. in general in the 8 hours of running my lift i do not need longer links

I'm not necessarily looking for longer links.... just want some that are beefier.... hoping the thicker links will last alot longer than the stockers... :/

Send me a PM if you want links. Mine are plenty beefy, works up to 3" of lift, and cheaper than anyone else. Putting my sales aside, but you should have longer links if you're running a 3" lift. The longs link put you sway bar back to its intended position.

You don't really need longer links in the front. I have 4 inches of lift in the front and i am using the stock links. rears do benefit from longer links. i would pick up a 2nd set of links for the front and use them on the rear as they are longer than the stock rear links.

So would it be wise to upgrade to an Addco FRONT sway bar x 2?
A front ADDCO will be beneficial for the rear with a 3.75" lift?

The front and rear sway bars are completely different. The front will NOT work in the rear.

I have looked into this as well. I talked with Steve at Sonoran Steel about my 1.2 lift and newly broken sway bar links. He recommended I run with the following:
* 2WD (specific) Tundra end links
* 2005-2007 Tundra or whatever year has CAST-iron end links.


Those should be the same fit and not snap.
