Synthetic oil: how long do you go between changes?

Every 5,000 miles since I bought my '06 V6 used with 110,000 miles.

Mobil 1, Pennzoil or Valvoline, OEM filter.

I have 140,000 miles on mine at the moment.

I didn't take the time to read the other responses but I go 5000 miles between changes. I know I'd probably be ok going more but I'm too old to change now. I always did 3000 with dino oil so it's a big step for me to go 5K. Plus if I happen to go over a little for whatever reason I feel like I'm still ok.
