Finally got everything installed. Was rained out yesterday but was able to do it today.
Set my Bilsteins on the bottom setting, 0" lift and put a 3" lift spacer. I gained half an inch in the front, 1" in the rear. I have quite a difference from side to side.
Final #'s ground to fender
Passenger side front - 40"
Driver side front- 39"
Passenger side rear-43"
Drivers side rear-40"
Wheel center to fender
Passenger side front - 24"
Drivers side front - 23 1/4"
Passenger side rear - 26 1/2"
Drivers side rear - 25"
After moving the Bilsteins to the bottom setting and assembling everything my front coils have about a quarter inch of play when drooped out instead of being tight. Like I said, they are shot. One of these days I'll be able to replace them! The FJ coils on the back are so much better! The whole truck rides really smooth now. No more bouncing in the front. Hopefully I'll be able to hit a trail in the next couple days to really feel the difference. My steering is so much tighter with the new tie rods. The drivers side one was completely shot, full of water and dirt and just flopped around when I pulled it out. Glad that safety concern is handled!
I didn't take a picture of it, but my front tires droop down much farther now. Can't complain about that!

I did notice this. My cv boot just barely touches the shock mount at full droop. Also it seems like there is a slight bind in the cv axle at full droop too. Hopefully this doesn't create an issue.
