T-rex Billet Grill PROBLEM!!! HELP once again

I purchased a grille from Burtman-industries for my 08 sport. All in all it cost me $338.00. Now is where the problems start. The bottom of the top girl insert went in great and the upper left as well.

Then disaster. My upper Right I believe is warped. I tried grinding out my plastic to make it sit flush but it just wont line up flush inside or vertically. I plan on contacting my seller to see if anyone else is having this problem. I started up this thread as well to see if anyone has?

Now onto the biggest disaster with hopes of help. The bottom grill instructions ask that you cut out the front licensee plate holder squares. First problem is that is where the original plastic fastens to the bumper. Second it still won

What year is your 4Runner, 2006-07 or 2008? In the changes for 2008 model thread, it's mentioned the 2008 has a different grille/bumper fascia. I can't tell what the difference is between the 2008 vs. the 2006-07. But if you have a 2008, I suppose that change/difference is enough to cause the billet grille installation issues.

I looked up on google for 06,07 4runners and it looks like they have the same plastic piece that i have. I do have an 08, but like i said, they all look the same. I wish i could find out who installed the grill in this picture, because its how it should look....
