I don't know if that app (the ESPN app) will let you draft live There is another one called (strangely enough) "Fantasy Football Draft" that is supposed to be useful. Ducmonsta, have your wife read the description of it to you and see if it seems worthwhile, maybe you can get her credit card and buy it.

REMEMBER: I have algorithms and space-aged polymers at my disposal; don't jack with a scientist.

Well , the responses from the possibility of changing draft day and time came up with.....
Any day but Tuesday
Monday morning at 8 PT
and Tuesday......
and a bunch of doesn't matter and Sunday is fine.

So we'll just go with the original Sunday the 2nd at 10pm Eastern ,which is tonight!!

If you can't be online live for the draft (miss all the fun)they have a new format for autodrafting that at least lets you strategize your autodraft by round beforehand. That way you won't get too many of one position .
To get to the "Edit Autopick Strategy" ,just log on and go to "My Team" and you'll see the link for it on that page.

I usually pick my Defence/Special Teams and Kicker in the late rounds and just pick one of them and swap them out or pick up another when it's their bye week. I get 2 QB's and 1 or 2 TE's and split the rest with RB's and WR's being heavy on RB's.These are just my strategies and by no means have to be followed. Just giving some tips since this is a fun ,no money league.......for this year at least!lol

WaterDoc.....not sure ,as far as the app working on your ipad for the draft or not as Apple was too greedy to pay Adobe for flash.lol. The way to test it is to go to "Draft Lobbies" and try out a Mock draft. A Mock draft is just another name for a practice or test draft to see how it works and test your system. If it works on there and will work on the real draft.

I quit Apple mobile products and jailbreaking them a couple of years ago and went to Android when Apple chose to not keep up with wireless internet technology. 3G download speeds are like so 5 years ago at least where I live as I pull 12-15mbps download speeds all day with rooted Android and tether it wirelessly to a laptop..........for free. My daughters have iPhones and Mac airs so I still feed the Apple Gestapo even though they tether wirelessly from my android when mobile!

Thanks for the updates and tips. I need to consider just how much I don't know and consider if auto draft is actually the smartest thing to do.

Ahhh! Autodraft takes the sweaty palms ,elevated heartbeat ,neurons firing excitement and fun of knowing your "on the clock".....make a decision.

... This weeks matchup was fun, but I'm thinking we need to start betting in the future since its just a friendly game after all.

How about next weeks losers have to put "(winners name) is my hero" in the top of their signature. Bolded and max font.

Um, that would be me...rough start but it's only week one! I'm expecting a much bigger point output this weekend...I don't see Larry Fitzgerald and Chris Johnson having too many more single digit games!

I should be careful about jawing; Ducmonsta has the only shop around I trust, and anyone that needs help changing wiper fluid needs a shop they can really trust. By the way, Duc, we need to do some sliders (and I ain't talking burgers unless you're buying).

FFB Consultants: do I need to be doing something else with my team (actually I spell it teim)? Or do I simply kick back and continue to destroy my opposition with algorithmic born brutality.

So aside from the head to head match-ups, who was the superior intellect who did best overall? Just curious. Maybe we should recognize that person with something special?
