T4R Frankensteins

So this idea popped into my head kinda morbidly, but now I'm just curious;

I was in a few junkyards today during my lunch break and found an 02 with aftermarket upholstery; not just seat covers. Looked real neat; an all black combination of cloth and leather. Cloth on the actual seat and leather on the back and sides. Even used the factory back pocket!
I though it would look really neat with my custom black leather on my doors and center console, but then I saw the blood all over both the deployed airbags and the side of the passenger seat. **** no. I mean. I can wash it off, but **** no.

I figure if I got those seats, I'd turn my T4R into some kind of Christine or something and it'd go on an evil killing rampage.


This got me thinking though; in a less gruesome way, how Frankensteined are our 4Runners? What used pieces have we scavenged to keep our vehicles running and in primo condition?
I'll start.

99-02 Black Center Dash Bezel from junkyard
99-02 Limited Auto Climate Control from Junkyard
OEM Used Fuel Pressure Regulator from eBay
Front Calipers and Rotors from 2005 Sequoia (not yet installed but counting this) from junkyard
Stock height Front Struts and Springs and Rear Shocks from Unner's rig
Driver side sun visor clip from junkyard
Driver and passenger side pushpin door panel clips from junkyard

And currently looking for driver side rear bumper cap and mudflap for a Limited

Ill list parts that are original to mine. That's way easier for me.



1. Engine, its been nearly gone through, but nearly the whole engine is original, minus a couple accessories.



2. Body shell and rear hatch, all doors, fenders and hood have been swapped.



3. Rear axle housing and shafts.



4. All factory wiring



That's really about it at this point unless you really grasp.
