Back from the future! I have a '97 SR5 4Runner w/front end collision damage. Other than the normal bent supports, light housings, etc, it not too bad. I've got a pinhole in the radiator, but didn't puncture the AC condenser. Still drives fine and blows ice cold air. I think I've found a donor 4runner w/good fenders,hood, supports, etc and it's already a paint match to my desert dune. If it doesn't work out and I'm going to have to paint anyway, I think I'm going to do the Taco swap. In the interest of getting my truck back up and on the road, would you grab the donor and just swap over the parts and be done with it or pursue the Tacoma swap? The Taco swap is definitely cool, but there's something to be said for swapping matching parts directly over and having my truck back. Thoughts? Thanks!
