Tacoma-ya ya I know

I actually just went tonight to look at the 2013 Tacoma. I've been lusting after a Tacoma for a long time and I thought now might be the time to trade in my '06 4Runner.
After testing out the Tacoma I came away with a few thoughts. Everything in the Tacoma is cramped and feels cheap, it makes my 4th gen feel like a luxury car. However, I did like the touch screen nav, multiple outlets, and the location of the aux in.
I may still pull the trigger on the Tacoma because the gf drives a Highlander for longer trips but I'm definitely not as pumped as I was before about the Tacoma.

Just went through this, always wanted a Tacoma, but ended up with TE 4Runner.
I thought the stock ride of the Tacoma TRD would be horrible to live with day to day. the non TRD model rode much better. The inside didn't feel as nice, seats not as comfy, etc. Like somebody else said, I also liked the nav and touch screen, so I ordered the TE with nav.
From what I can gather, the current Tacoma is to be replaced next year. I would wait.
