BackOff New member Sep 14, 2020 #21 You can remove the u shaped part and turn it 180* then bolt it back on. The metal starts to wear away a groove from the latch mechanism. Tightens up the hatch a tiny bit. ...was a 5th gen guy that figured that one, go figure...lol.
