Tailgate Won't open!!

The tailgate on 04 4Runner stopped working, also I can't put the window down or unlock the door with the key. I can put the window down and unlock the doors from the inside, But nothing works in the back.
anyone know what would cause this?

Sounds like the power source to the motors inside the rear door has failed. Is there a fuse specifically for the rear hatch? Might check that first.

Yep, your lock actuator is toast, time for a new one.
