Temperature display etc...

My 2005 4runner has decided to go metric. My display of temp inside and outside, my range, my average mpg or I should say kilometer not mile, all show up in metric units.

I've read the owner's manual, asked my dealer, all my friends and no one knows how to allow me to see the temperature in farenheit again. I've hit reset and mode in every combination I can think of.

Can anyone help me change my display back or do I need to buy a metric conversion chart to hang on my dash?

Thanks.

We've had members who have previously asked about deliberately changing from one system to the other, and no one seemed to have an answer.

Have you had any electronics replaced lately?

No, I just noticed one day that the temp looked awful low for what I thought it should be and then realized it was in celsius. I don't know what made it change.

When I went in for an oil change at the dealer I asked them to change it back and no one there knew how to change it either. I guess if other people on here have had the same problem and can't solve it and Toyota can't solve it I'm out of luck.

My Toyota is still under warranty though so I might try the dealership again.

Thanks for your input.
