So my emblens are gold and I just simpily want to plastidip them. What would adhesive would I use to put them back on?

Don't take them off. Just tape up around them. Spray then peal off what ever is on the body.

Thanks! Lift is a Toytec 3/2 - Tires are Continentals that came with it when we bought it in January. Shockingly, they have impressed me but as soon as they run their limit, I will be getting BFG K/O's like our other runner.

Thanks! I'm trying to decide if I want to do front and back or just the front (1" leveling kit).

Only going to a 265/70/17 tire so not looking to raise it more than necessary. Not really looking to offroad the truck but I can feel the bug itching already.

Very cool that you have 2 Runners at home. My wife has a '13 Limited and I have an '06 SR5 V8. I almost got the BFGs as well but bought the Duratracs instead. I work on rigs in the oil field and it's basically like a truck / wheel / tire showroom often times. A lot of guys run the BFGs out here and I just didn't find they looked aggressive enough. To top it off, they are louder than the GYs. Since you mentioned in your thread somewhere about wanting to do this one differently, get some different tires too

Thanks for the idea! I will most definitely consider it when it gets to be that time, but we are on our 2nd set of the bfg's after literally getting 112,000 miles out of the last set. I've always been interested in Revo's but who knows what I'll end up with!

Jamboree this weekend with new lights and temporary star emblem. Metalmiller got this done for me in time but was too small. Either way still made the rig look unique!

It was pretty freakin fantastic! I was limited in mine obviously and was really dusty.. I'm still getting over all that mess. But we had a great time thanks to a select few who let us ride along!

They sell a specific product at auto parts stores. Just tell the clerk what you're trying to do.

FWIW, if I was doing it again, I would only remove the emblems that are SUPER easy to remove (will depend on the vehicle). Ended up bending one of mine, and it would have been less time consuming and frustrating just to very carefully tape off the surrounding area and spray plasti-dip while still installed.

Hankering for a change up so I did my grille today with good ol fashioned plastidip. Added some metal flake to match the Shadow Mica sparkle. I love this vehicle!
