Black looks great. Do me a favor and take her up to 70 MPH and let me know if you get this cyclical sound and vibration from under the hood. I have been told by a Regional Toyota Rep that most V8 Sport Edition 4-Runners have this condition. Thanks

I ran her around 75 most of the way back from the mountains this past weekend with no noticeable noises of any kind. Very smooth sailing. Definitely no vibrations.

Thanks for the props on the truck. Total price was just over $32K out the door, and that included tax, tags doc fees etc. They list the leather (sticker price) at around $1100, but I think the actual cost to have it done was in the $800-$900 range. Dealer had it put in, but it is all Toyota certified (full warranty) and they did an awesome job.

hey can you do me a favor and break down the price for me, im just about to get my runner with about the same options as you and i wanna see what you paid for it all, im very interested in getting the leather but i have not seen any around here with that dealer installed...

I don't think I have the breakdown by item any more, but it is as simple as getting invoice pricing and adding it all up. I purchased a report (for $12 I think) from Consumer Reports, but there are many services out there that list invoice pricing. I also took into consideration that the dealer was getting a factory rebate/incentive on each unit sold (forgot the exact amount), which I took into consideration as well. Bottom line, you should get what you want at invoice, or even a little less, plus tax, tag, doc fees etc.

Lots of leather threads are around on this board (.http://www.toyota-4runner.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=2986). Most all dealers have someone they subcontract their leather work with, or you could take it to someone yourself. Since leather is not a normal factory option on the Sport, I doubt you'll see many with leather already on the lot. I did not. Hope that helps you...
