Have a 2005 SE V8 4X4 that is wife's dd. As we move closer to her getting a new vehicle and I get the T4r hand me down I was able to start the conversion during a new tire purchase! My 3 year old was a big help as she knew he likes off road and mud, before I knew it we had the ok for off road tires and a mild lift. Luckily the Cornfed 3/2 had been setting dormant in the garage for a year in waiting and I already knew I wanted the Destination M/T 265/70/17s. Before she had time to realize what she ok'd the conversion done. The higher step up and roar of the tires don't seem to be as big a bother as she feared, especially when the boy & I got back from our first state forest exploration this morning. He was pegging the rev limiter trying to tell her all the stuff he saw and what fun it was. He's hugging her and she's looking over his shoulder at me with this look of happiness. Its all good here and all the info you guys shared here made me able to know what I wanted the first time. Thanks from the kid and I!:driving:
