The beast has arrived!

My truck got here yesterday. It was shipped from Colorado to me here in NH. It is an 87 and my father has owned it since 89. Its the truck I learned to drive in when I was a kid. He was done with it so he gave it to me for the cost of transport! It needs some love but he still drove it once a month or so. I'll need some interior trim parts if anyone has any. I took the top off when I was 17 to put my dirtbike in and never put the plastic trim parts back in! That was almost 20 years ago so they are looooong gone. Also need a drivers kick panel. All in grey. Anyway. On the the pics!

Very nice legacy. Put an ad in the classifieds for the parts here and yotatech. I hope it gets to live in the garage. NH winter is tough on vehicles.

Looks and sounds just like mine. I just replace my whole block with a better and freshly rebuilt 22re. I'd like to see you interior! Mines garbage! I've heard of people hitting the junkyard and putting in front seats from the fj cruiser. I'm gonna research that and see what is possible. Good luck with your 4runner and I too hope it stays in the family forever!
