My guy confirmed and acknowledged the carmodzone folks made an error by entering the incorrect delivery address for your order on eBay. While they did ship your order from a fulfillment center in the US that had stock at the time, the delays were caused because of their error. He didn’t try to sugar coat any of the issues and acknowledged it is their affiliate division who made the mistake.

As far as your order from cartrimhome, they are doing their best to ship it out on Saturday (US) rather than waiting for a Monday. He said he would request this be done as a courtesy for the other issues you had but could not guarantee it would happen for sure since he’s not in the office.

Yeah it was compounded issues no doubt. My issue was more with the individual/s that I was dealing with, the they way they dangled my money out in front of me, and made me dance for it. But I do appreciate them trying to get it out faster when it was an affiliate's mistake.

Interesting enough, eBay and PayPal refunded me right quick in my eBay purchase because they couldn't provide a valid tracking number. That seller had a ton of positive feedback dating to 2005. Last few months was full of positive reviews. Shortly after my order and shipping confirmation they ceased to exist. Tracking info never showed product shipped so refunding was easy. Guess what showed up today while I happened to be home for an hour grabbing a shower and clothes.....

Sounds like I'll have two sets in my "to install when life is done screwing you" pile. I've had a full Prinsu rack for nearly 3 months that I haven't even removed the packing slip yet. Light bars, switch boxes, etc. Literally a pile of goodies including 4runner specific Christmas presents that I unwrapped and haven't touched since.

Oh, wow. Well, maybe you can sell some of the extra goodies to make some of your money back for a lot of time wasted...? Shouldn’t have to come to that but maybe there’s a silver lining...

We came to the hospital and have been here since late Wednesday night to welcome our new little girl to our existing family of three. I’ve been chasing down T4R orders for the grill every chance I’ve had (it’s 1:15 AM - gotta love the “feed every 2-3 hours” requirement). It’s made time go by a little bit faster but can’t wait to be back home. Here’s to hoping you get in and out pretty quickly from here on out.

Do you get updated shipping info when it gets to the US? I haven't had an update in 4 days when it cleared export customs.
 
Bought mine on eBay for $126.99 shipped. Happy with the way it turned out. Seller was Tuo Teng Trading Co LTD. Only took a week or so to arrive at my house in Minnesota.

Mine came in 8 days, amazingly fast!
I watched several utube vids and taking apart the old grill was easy, I had trouble applying the letters perfectly straight and had to pull a cpl off and redo. The pegs and nub holes weren't as easy as I thought to align, the tape grabs quick and is strong.
Lining up the black garnish overlay piece and getting it all the way in / flush wasn't so easy for me either. Luckily it came with extra tape, guess others had trouble too. I pulled it off twice and got it almost perfect on the 3rd try.
Take ur time!

I know my grill was delivered before the tracking info was updated. There is a big delay between the time it leaves China and hits customs in the US. Overall though most people still get them in less than 10 days on average.

Note: when they can, they ship from a US fulfillment center but I know when I negotiated the new/existing lower price, they sold a ton and may not have been able to replenish that inventory. That’s why sometimes people get them faster than others.
