[MENTION=136636]jafrush[/MENTION] I just ordered a few things from LFD and wanted to reach out and say how impressed I am with the level of customer service. I ordered some crossbars, and then went back later in the day and ordered a few additional things. I paid for shipping twice since I made two different transactions. Without me even asking you guys initiated a refund for one of my purchases. This was an amazing gesture as I do this sometimes where I forget to purchase something and end up paying additional fees for shipping for the second order. Not one other company has ever done that and I wanted to say THANK YOU! You guys will continue to get my business.
EDIT: Just got a follow-up email from LFD explaining they will be refunding not one, but TWO shipping transactions. I am impressed!

Just ordered the full rack in steel!!! Thank you LFD for making great products that don’t cost a fortune and supporting the community! Shipping to California wasn’t as bad as I thought.

Agreed...I ordered the wrong skid plate, and before I even returned it, i had a full refund. These guys are the standard in CS.

Are you guys using anti-seize on the mounting bolts in addition to using RTV silicon around the track holes for water intrusion?

I did not on my 7/8ths, and after several months I had no issue removing it for the full length.
Just the RTV around and in the holes for me

We never have, just the sealant around the holes and a dab of sealant inside the hole as well before the screw goes in. Haven't had any water issues yet with any of our installs on our vehicles.

Anyone using a baja ladder with their rack? How’s the fitment?

I have the Green Lane Offroad Aluminum Ladder which is similar in design to the Baja... I have zero issues with the full rack and the last crossbar is all the way back.

Installed the two aluminum crossbars, the wind fairing, and the Hi-lift mount with the Hi-lift jack. Worked great. The weight on the aluminum is 2 lbs even for each. Great solution for those that don't want or need to full rack. My Hi-lift jack is 48". I don't think I would ever need a 60, but I guess maybe one day I'll find out.
A couple of notes, mine had the factory crossbars on it. To get them off you have to take the entire rack off. Also, please order the wind fairing, without it way too loud. With the fairing the wind noise is minimal.
Gold Hill, NM in the background. For those who are familiar with the Red River area, we went up 4th of July Canyon 4x4 road. 2 trees had fallen over the road and the drive around was a little sketchy with a long wheel base like the 4Runner. Use a spotter. Pic was at the top of the Old Red River Pass Road.

The factory crossbars are removed/installed by sliding them out of the back, you dont need to remove the rack. Loosen the screws on the crossbars, pop off the rear plastic cover, and slide the factory crossbars back and remove from the channel in the side rail.

Maybe I didn't try hard enough, thanks for the info. Not that big of a deal to remove the rack, but you do need a second person to lift it off.
Also, tried to test the rear articulation with the Sonoran Steel trac bar installed but haven't found any place to max it out yet.

What do you mean seated? On the full we just have the faring bolted as far forward as you can get it.
You can also put a little bit of upwards pressure on the rack with the front feet. Push down on the foot while tightening it to the side rail, that will result in it putting a hair of pressure upwards on the front of the rails.
