Installed our new "cut" bumper for early 5th Gens today. Extremely pleased with how it came out.
Damn, I like. I don't think I have seen any bumper with that kind of winch access which is amazing. Any chance for aluminum?

OEX showed us how important winch access is, so that's one of the main points we try to incorporate in the bumper design.
Aluminum isn't really great for winching and recovery pulls on the other hand... We've had experience with aluminum bumpers from other brands before we started this company. What we saw with those during recoveries makes me very hesitant to make one.

Makes sense. It seems that CBI and Hefty are the only ones that make aluminum.
What's the weight on this one?

Around 120. Definitely recommend heavier front springs

For those using the quick fist clamp, did you find the #10 bolt to be secure on the lfd rack? It's a bit small so I was thinking of drilling a bigger hole to fit an M8

I drilled my quickfists out to use M8s.

Sounds good! Which drill bit size worked best for you? Was thinking 5/16s as its just a bit smaller than an M8?

Spray painted and played around with positioning. Will install on the car next weekend

Honestly don't remember, but with the rubber of the quickfists its not important to get it exact by any means. I just kept at it until the hole was big enough to shove the bolt through.

It needed to be bent up slightly, but it is super pliable. I did that part completely by hand... carefully.

Rail install Tips and Tricks?
Just ordered a rack this past weekend after reading all the posts.
Sorry if I missed this...does anyone have tips and tricks for installing the rails? I've heard I need to be careful when taking the OEM rack off so the nuts don't fall into the top of the headliner. (I really don't want to have to remove the headliner. I'm not very mechanically inclined, but my husband claims to be.)
I just bought a 2019 ORP, and it's my first T4R. 5k miles and I'm loving it.
