So I've been to Nick's many times. It's on Hollywood Beach in Florida. Nick's was always kind of a dive bar with good food. I have recommended Nick's many times and I still do. There was always some thing "happening" at Nick's. For example I was having lunch one day and watched an entire biker gang, who parked on the sidewalk next to Nick's, all get arrested by a bunch of cops and have their Harley's taken away on flat beds. I was like wtf just happened here?
Well Nick's had been there for so long that it was falling down and the owner rebuilt it from the ground up and now it's all fancy. It reopened in 2019 after being closed for a year or so.

1/1/21 Tripadvisor review of “Nicks Bar and Grill in Hollywood Beach Florida”, “Was just at Nicks and spend $300 there. All of the sudden Hollywood Beach cops grabbed my boyfriend from the outside table and arrested him. Apparently Nicks called the cops on him because he urinated in the back alley behind Nicks. Never came to us and asked us to leave, as a matter of fact we had paid our bill and were waiting on food to go. This is a restaurant that we went to weekly, they knew us and didn't even have the common courtesy to ask us to leave. Just called the cops on us. I will never go back there again.”
