The REAL STORY??????

i know that, i guess i have to be very specific in what i say because the "T"' s and "I" 's are getting crossed here.

i thought when i said A/C SYSTEM that would cover it.... guess not. as for the the vacuum reserve, i already mentioned the vacuum reserve in an earlier post about being able to pump the pedal with the system down. its usually depending on the size of the reserve and whats in the reserve cannister about 2-3 times. i know that what my GMC and 442's are. again some may be more or less.

Okay, so what's your point then? You know the most important facts already:

1- brakes still function 100% without assist
2- modern Toyotas rely on a pump, not a vacuum booster to provide braking assist
3- brakes will still have at least 3 good applications with assist even in an older car with a booster and no pump.

So what's the issue? How does any of this translate into questioning if the brakes will still work on a car with an engine under WOT? I think we already answered that question...
