I think those HID's need to be angled up a little bit tho... Those 55w bulbs love to shine!

I like the look of the 42 tho - keeps with the contours of the body. On the trail I did yesterday, if I had a bar up there and with all the trees here in the PNW - it definitely would have been ripped off.

I need to adjust the headlights for sure. I tried recently but they still aren't quite right since i have a good amount of rake in the suspension.

Thank you sir! Yeah its filling up. All the factory blank spots to the left of the steering wheel are filled with OTRATTW switches. I have a single DIN stereo so i converted the pocket below the head unit to fit more switches too. Thats almost full.

Yep 1 inch self tappers. I believe they were #14's. What size is the bar you have?

With winter coming, i decided it was time for some fresh rubber.

I called up my buddy at High Country 4x4 here in Denver and had him order me a new set of 315/75/16 Toyo MT's. I have run the same tires for the past year and they have done really well. I had bought that set used so i don't know the exact mileage on them but they have to have at least 30k on them and they still are probably 20% tread left.

Anywho......

I shall post up some more soon

Yep its a 4.5 backspace wheel + Spidertrax spacers + a 12.5 wide tire - the fender flares = a whole lot of pokage

Yep i really liked my old set. They are heaaaaavy but they balance really well and last a while. Toyo specs it as a 34.8 diameter where a few others are closer to a 34.4 for a 315 so its pretty damn close to a 35.

Hopefully i won't have to think about tires for a while. Maybe when i do again, i'll jump to 37's

Haha. I'll let you know when i'm ready to get rid of them. Probably not until after i SAS it. I think the IFS would commit suicide if i ran it with 37's

The Toyos were the best... worth every penny. rode like pillow cushions offroad and quiet as any A/T Ive owned onroad.

Photos rarely capture how big some obstacles are.

They NEVER do, I've taken pics of giant sand dunes in Glamis and Gordons well down south and got home only to have them look like mole hills.

I'm sure the obstacles on that trail are larger than they look. Beautiful trail man.

So I've got a possibility on a trade for some 37x14.5r15 toyo m/t's w/ 90% tread right now annnnd I'm wondering your opinion on them in snow/ice. You live in colorado and I'm guessing you like them in snow? My plan is to groove and sipe them if I end up with them.... They are just heavy as hell. I've heard varying opinions of that tire. I was trying to stay away from that tire but this is a pretty good trade lol Opinions?

However, my brother ran them on his 1 ton Dodge and loved them. He called them the best snow/ice tire he had ever ran, for a mud/all terrain that is.

Well, all the reviews are great on a big ass diesel, but that's why I'm asking because our trucks weigh almost half that. I'm roughly around 4600-4800 lbs

The 37's I'm looking at are 97lbs a piece lol
