The worst of car chips

Years abuse in the rocky Canadian north has taken its toll on my car seriously. It's taken days to slowly restore the paint on my car but there are two areas that seem beyond repair.

The two tabs under the headlights are severely chipped, worse in real life. I don't think touch up can fix this. What are my options? The other side has large chips.

Also I need new headlights... There coming in the mail. 99s since there clearer.

remove them and have a body shop repaint them. im sure it wouldnt be much money. but they will look brand new.

I have chipping in the same area on my 97. My chipping isn't as big, but is definitely noticeable. A body shop probably could knock out both sides pretty quickly.

Yes, body shop. I just had mine done and they look brand new.
Just be careful not to break the clips on the fender end, but other than that they're easy
enough to remove.
