Thinking About Selling My 2011 LTD 4Runner

Trust me I'm not a fan of American Trucks/SUV's but the only other option is the Sequoia which looks like a fat chick on a moped to me. There just aren't any V8 Foreign SUV's to chose from.

What about the Nissan Armada? I know it's outdated but it has nice towing capability for a full size SUV. Tows more than the current Yukon despite being a few generations behind. Plus I'm sure you can a pretty big discount on it and get it for a hell of a lot cheaper than a Yukon Denali.

That got the WORST rating in Consumer Reports...not that I'm a big fan....but I find it odd they picked that behemoth to ride into the deck, without due cause.

On a side note the last GM dually I had , had 275,000 miles on the original engine when I sold it (upside) but had gone through 3 transmissons before 50,000 (downside)

I work sales for a brokerage firm and my territory is all of New England. At times I'm logging over 500 miles in one day for sales calls. I know this isn't the type of vehicle I should be driving for this type of job and there are more fuel efficient vehicles out there to choose from. I just can't bring myself to fully pull the trigger on selling it because it's such an awesome vehicle. I think that if I am in a vehicle so much, I'd rather be in one that I like.

Aside from work, I spend my winter season weekends up north snowboarding with friends. I love the space the truck offers for what I do and I feel confident it most all weather. I find myself in a lot of snowstorms driving from one resort to the next. During the off season from riding, I love taking it into the woods with a bunch of members from here(T4R.ORG).

Also, these trucks look so good! Especially when lifted like mine and many others :thumb3:. I feel that if I do sell it, I would want to get back into another 4Runner. I just like everything about it. These things are sick! I'm just not sure.

sounds like you really need a second vehicle for weekday/work driving.
