Thinking of getting these rims

These are for sale on Craigslist locally. I need new tires and I'd like to have Toyota rims back on the truck. what do you all think about these Tundra/Sequoya 17" rims? think they'd look halfway decent?

From what I've been able to find on search, looks like they should fit ok. Any disagreements with those findings?

Thought those were FJ stock wheels, they look good regardless, Ive been eyeing a set on CL atl lately just trying to get them down to a price I want to pay

Thanks for the input guys. You know what? I think they are FJ wheels, guy says they're for Tundra/Sequoya but I they look like FJ's to me too. Called the guy and left a message. We'll see. He's asking $475 for the set.

Picked them up earlier today. Going to throw them on in a little while. He took $420 for the set. I'll post up some pics when I get a chance after I get them on.

They look great, looks like you've gone up a couple of tires sizes, so bear in mind your speedometer will no longer read true.

Yep, definitely noticeable increase in tire size lol and I think the speedo is ~5pmh off. These are measuring out to be ~31 1/2" (265/70-17) and the ones on there were ~29" (235/75-15). I'll probably go back down a little bit to a 245/65-17 (~29.5") when I throw new tires on there sometime soon.

Your speedo will be the same as mine (I have 265/70-17's ) and according to the tire/speedo calculator I found somewhere here, I'm seven miles off at 60...60 on the speedo is really 67 on the ticket...
Lost some power, but gained a little mileage if driven right...decent trade.

Slight decrease in power from I my butt dyno detected. It was never powerful anyway as we 3.slow owners already know.
Cruising the highway was actually noticeably better though...especially if it's 7mph off. With that in mind it would've put me at ~75-77 mph actual speed on the interstate yesterday and the rpm's were ~2500 +/- 200 with cruise set most of the time. Seemed like the fuel was lasting a tick longer too. Had about 1/4 tank left after 200+ miles when we got home. Wife took the truck today so I'll see if she had to put gas in it.

Yeah, those TRD rims are pretty sick. I like those a lot but I think I'll stick with the FJ 17" alloys for now.

It's a '94.

The center caps don't want to fit back on the front wheels is the only issue (wouldn't be an issue on 4WD with manual hubs though). They fit great, no spacing issues or rubbing.
