Thinking of moving on to an 80 series. Thoughts?

Came from the factory with solid axle, but the three-link coilover suspension was custom. I sold it because I moved to a new city and didn't have anywhere to store it. What it really needed was a LS2 or LS3 engine, and more fuel storage.

I have a 5.3 in my FJ62, and a 40 Gallon fuel tank. That is $130 to fill up today here in Southern California. I'll never sell it, I will be buried in it, haha. I'll end up giving it to my son, but it has become part of who I am! I weigh near 7000lbs, an 80 is not any lighter. Great rigs, but not the same as a 3rd gen, in anyway.

I have started expanding my search on 100 series as well. It’s crazy the price is on par with the 80.
