Just a note on this morning's outage. We were supposed to be moved to new hardware this morning, which should have taken less than an hour. However, after the move was complete the system didn't come up. We had to revert back the migration to the old hardware.
We'll have to take the system down at some point and run some diagnostics, after which we'll attempt the move again.
I'll keep this thread open for further updates.
