Those of you running OME 861's

I'm interested in the lift height that an 861 coil gives versus the 8.25 wrap coil that I'm currently running. I do a lot of towing and camping. When I'm pulling my boat with my cargo area full I sag to stock height. And running 35's thats not an option. Basically I want to sit at the height I sit with an empty cargo area with my 8.25's. If someone running 861's could measure the fender to center hub to give me and idea that would be amazing. I'm also considering the 850's. Thanks guys and girls

I had LC 9.25 wraps and went to 861s for the same reason, compressing too much under load. I'm real happy with the 861. Out of the box, they are taller than the 851 but are a progressive coil so they ride a little shorter. If the 861 still isn't tall enough, the 851 would be the next step. The 850 are real tall.

I'll get you a measurement today.
 
It looks like I'm sitting at ~24.5" with my storage box, tools and camping gear in back. I also have a bumper and tire carrier.

Sounds like 861's are the coil I need. I have two subs and a sealed box with a tube bumper in the back and I sit at 24.5 as well. Thank you for the response.
 
My friends have the 851s and sit about 1"-1.5" higher.
Steeze is running the 861s and a 2" BL with his 35s

Think he's referring to Glen Yoshida. If he is then Glen has a ton of weight out back from aftermarket bumper and tire carrier to the other goodies he carries back there(w/851's). Don't get 851's unless you have a lot of weight
