Those with rear air...

Can any of you guys with the air suspension due me a favor and take some pics of the factory air compressor and how it is mounted as well? Looking at going with onboard air and trying to come up with some mounting ideas.

All pictures are taken from the driver's side and the rear of the truck.

The compressor sits right behind the wheel. It is behind that cover which I didn't have time to mess with to get it off. You can see one of the mounts.

A bit closer view.

This tank is a bit farther forward from the compressor. You can see one incoming line that comes from the compressor and 2 outgoing lines that goes to each side.

Which air system are you going with? I was considering the Air Lift system. www.airliftcompany.com

There is also the Firestone system but I am not sure what is the better system.

Probably going to go with a Viair compressor that's rated around 200psi/100% duty and use a 2.5 gallon tank.

Edit: I clicked on your lift for air lift. I'm not doing an air suspension, just on board air.

Oh I see. Has anyone tried either of the two air suspension systems that I mentioned? I was thinking about getting a hitch cargo carrier for hunting and with the added weight wanted something to level the truck out.
