Thoughts on these wheels?

I might be in the minority here but,

I'm not a big fan of Calvary Blue to begin with, but those wheels do look good on that 4R.

I'm running silver faux Pros on my MGM. I've yet to come across another set in person unlike the 2 dozen sets of black ones I see everyday.

Everybody has black wheels and personally I think they are overrated. Maybe its because I was running them back in 2005 and I'm over them.

Things that would help those wheels look better:

level or lift kit

larger tires

replace the nerf/steps with sliders

+1 for MGM and Grey Pros. Sweet combo. I have been lurking on deals for the grey Pros, but they are always more $$$ than the black ones. Set of new Black pros with the Ebay coupon was $540 shipped. I should have ordered them.

As others have said, i believe some beefier rubber would made a difference. I wouldn't knock it quite yet if you're on the fence.

I am not a fan of busy looking wheels. That's why I think the black works better with TRD-style wheels. It's dark enough to hide all the lines. Just my opinion.

What matters is what YOU think – don't just leave them on because a bunch of forum guys said they're cool.

Dig the blue truck, though! Seems that 99% of 4Runners I see are silver, gray, white, and black. I would have been happy with something easier to keep clean than black, but I love my truck anyway.

I'm having buyers remorse

No way man.....I really like what you did. Other than maybe a slight rise in the front....I wouldn't change a thing.

Well done sir.

I like the look, truck gives the pop and the wheels complement her. Drive it and enjoy it, give em a chance to shine[emoji6]
