Thule MOAB basket mount

I just got this Thule MOAB off craigslist, came with the center extension too. I got a killer deal, only thing is that I want to mount it lower to the roof. I tired flipping the mounts over and running the OEM rails through the rack but the end pieces would hit the rack. Has anyone had any tips?

There are a few members here who fabricated their own brackets or came up with a great solution. I think Pure98 has a Rola rack he somehow made slide right into the track. There was also another member who made brackets for theirs which came out awesome using corner iron with all the holes in it. I for the life of me cannot find that thread so maybe someone can help out on this one?
