Hey all, I don't know how many of you have been following the Tigger Trial but it's been big news here in O-Town Anyway, you can read an article about his acquittal HERE. There's a poll there where you can vote on whether or not you think the dude should get his job back at Disney. I hope you guys will all vote yes - I for one am getting tired of seeing guys subjected to frivolous prosecutions based on the word of some gold digging / pyscho girl and having their reputations ruined and freedom put in jeopardy (e.g. Kobe).

Yes, Disney should hire him back.

But, I've heard he said he would go back to work, but he doesn't much feel like being a mascot character any more. Can't say I blame him...

I heard about that story. I just came back from Disney and it is a shame that these people had to do this to this poor guy. The characters try to be so friendly to the guests. This may now make these people playing these characters think twice about how they interact with the guests.

Insufficient evidence doesn't neccisarily mean innocent But hey innocent till proven guilty.

As to Kobe, remember there is always two sides to the story. SO all people need is a fair trial. Kobe is hardly innocent, if he was he would not have had sex with her in the first place now would he?? Is he guilty of rape, I dont know niether do you as we weren't there. Hopefully the trail is fair on both parties him and the girl, and hopefully the truth comes out. Everybody seems to take his side, but consider for one moment what if she is telling the truth and he is lying. Being a sportstar and celebrity doesn't mean you are perfect and always tell the truth. SO consider her side for one second as well. Hopefully justice will be served, cuase I would hate to see an innocent man going to jail or the alternative a girl getting raped and the guilty party going free cause he is a celebrity. That is the job of the judge to make sure both sides can express their story fairly and the job of the jury the give a fair verdict.

I agree that girls crying wolf all the time, makes it difficult for authorities to establish the real sex crimes from the "made up ones"

Whenever someone is accused of anything, and especially being sued, I have to take it with a grain of salt. People sue for just about anything in this country; it's one of the few things I hate about our country.

I'm sorry but IMO the prosecutor should have enough common sense to realize that when his "victim" shows up for her "rape" exam with some other guy's jizz on her thighs and purple thong he's got no chance of proving beyond a reasonable doubt that Kobe raped her. He should have had the balls to exercise some prosecutorial discretion and wish her luck in her civil case. Tigger's jury took less than an hour to find him not guilty and I predict if Kobe's case ever goes to a criminal jury (which I doubt it will make it that far) it will take them about the same amount of time.
