MAF mass air flow sensor. URD? cali? I read that the recalibrate was done when you remove neg batt cable for 5-10 min but then you need to set auto windows, set radio stations etc which is what I did.... correct?

Yes but thats your factory tune not a performance tune. The URD MAF calibrator adjust the air/fuel mixture for the most performance for the least bank. I'm going to get a APR X-1 sometime this summer if all my plans come into play.

Resurrecting an old thread but the general consensus is the URD MAF Calibrator is necessary when installing a CAI correct?

SkylineGTRracer, did you get the APR X-1 ? That's the $1500 item on their site right? What does it do? how do you like it ?

I had it for almost a year and HELL YES I love it! Thing is now you can't buy one, which sucks. If you manage to find one GET IT before gadget does. Their now going for $1800 used from a truck parting out. The X1 basicly controls the entire motor. APR Power - ECU

The best thing is you can tune it yourself with a USB or a laptop with real time tuning. word of warning though once you get the x1 and long tubes and run the hot tune, you'll want more mods:tongue:
