Timing belt parts kits

I'm about to replace my timing belt in and all other belts on my newly acquired 99 sr5 4x4. It is completely stock (for now). When I go to order a parts kit it asks if it has a water pump bypass tube or not. Truth be told I don't know. This is my first timing belt change on a T4R. Also what is the best aftermarket kit. I was looking at the continental conitech kits.

although i am new to the 4runner, i have had great experience with gates products in the past so i chose the tpkwp271b, which is the most inclusive kit gates sells. its ~$185 shipped from ebay

they also sell the tpkwp271- no hydraulic tensioner
and the tpk271- to tensioner and no water pump
if youre buying these parts elsewhere

this is the kit I was also thinking of getting but I know that there are others with a little less stuff, what all needs to be replaced when doing this?

Get this kit. You'll want to change everything it comes with.

Ya but at your mileage, you'll want to change cam seals, pulleys, drive belts. The $250 also includes the thermostat. If you're going to go that deep in, you'd be better off changing as much as you can. Especially since you don't know the last time those things were changed.

Might as well with the mileage I have. I just went with the tbk from amazon. Best bang for my buck. Thanks y'all for the help
