Timing belt & water pump install

Hi,

I wanted to see if there is anyone out there that can do a timing belt and water pump install on a 1996 Toyota 4Runner? I can supply the parts. I just need an experienced mechanic to do the install. I would love to help out as well so that I can learn. I can pay in the form of beers/food or currency. I figured I check here so that I can learn to do the install rather than spend alot of money getting it installed at a shop and not learn.

So I called Toyota dealerships around my area. Here are the prices:

1) Southbay Toyota - $1600
2) Culver City Toyota - $1100
3) Carson Toyota - $925

There's a place near me called The Toy Shop 1617 w. Sepulvada blvd.Torrance 310-534-8428 It's almost near Carson toyota. The guy here use to be a Toyota mechanic back in the days. His name is Greg. My sister has brought her 3rd gen to them before.

Another place in Carson it's called Karzone motor sports. 310-328-7090. This guy works on my buddies fj60 land cruiser.

Here's another one Sang auto repair 4113 Redondo Beach blvd 310-214-1504. He use to be a Toyota mechanic at Torrance Toyota. My brother had a couple engine over hauls with this guy.

See what these guys quote you. If these guys don't work out for you, I guess Carson toyota it is.

I'm now thinking about purchasing the Toyota TB/WP kit with accessory belts and seals and paying someone to install it. If there are anyone that can do it here, I'd be happy to pay it.

So I just ended up ordering the OEM Toyota Timing belt kit from Ebay (see below) and went to Sang's Auto Repair in Torrance to have it installed. He did an outstanding job and the price was realllly good. He gave me back all the old parts as well.
