Is it recommended to replace the harmonic balancer bolt?
No, not necessary.

Problem solved!! Timing was the issue. Good as new now. Thanks guys!
Did you resolve that coolant leak? If not, you will be doing this again soon. Coolant rots belts in no time. Left to themselves, with no pulley, pump, tensioner or coolant leakage issues, these belts go 200k. So putting it back in time without fixing the underlying problem is short-sighted.
I stated in my previous posts that I replaced the entire timing belt system, including the tensioner. But thabks for the info. I think that's what caused the timing to jump to begin with. It had been leaking for a while. I purchased it this way, so it was not my negligence.
Ok , well negligence begets negligence if you completed the timing belt job without doing the WP, especially one which is obviously leaking. Replacing the WP is SOP for this job. If I'm misunderstanding your definition of the "entire timing belt system" then I apologize just hate to see someone do this job more than necessary.
Yes sir, including the wp. Thermostat as well. I went as far as purchasing a new radiator.
