Tip of HID broke, still ok to use?

So I just noticed the glass tip of my HID bulb is cracked and was wondering if it is still ok to use? Or will it be unsafe or not function properly and I should get a new one?

Not okay to use, I'd get new bulbs (replace in pairs).
