I placed my rear bumper order with Nathan at CBI on May 29. Tomorrow marks the 7th week and still no bumper. Good thing I'm patient.

That's about normal. Did you get the swing away with it or any other custom touches? Powder coating also adds some time.

I ordered the triangular swing away, but no paint.

By "cover" do you mean with the swing-out closed?

According to the instructions the (2) brass bushings are supposed to stick out about 1/8" but because of that the (2) spindle covers that I have the holes to bolt it to the bumper don't line up now. So I'm wanting to see what the assembly looks like on other vehicles to see if I goofed up installing the bushings.

Instructions!? Mine didnt come with any freakin instructions, we just had to wing it. No way mine would have fit like that, my bushings are all the way in there.

I've taken my carrier off a few times and never had any issue with getting the cover back on. My bushings sit flush and they fall right in. Lube em up and rock the carrier up and down a little and it should settle in.

That's kind of what I thought but here is what the instructions say and it seems inside the hub they reamed it out so there is a edge/lip down a certain away on both ends that won't allow the bushings to go past it.

Here's what the instructions say: 'Insert brass bushings into each end of the hub using a rubber mallet. (DO NOT use a metal hammer!) These stick out from the hub about an 1/8th of an inch.'

I'm going to have to get some help pulling the swing away back off I greased everything before putting it on but it was a tight fit.
