Not without major trimming/cutting. I'm running 4" and still had quite a bit of trimming to do with a 285/70/17 (guessing you meant 285/70/17 instead of 285/75/17, not seen any tires in a 285/75/17).

Those are the tires I was talking about....guess im gonna have to go smaller now though what about 275/70/17?

Gonna take a 1.5" body lift and a good amount of trimming/cutting to get those to fit. A 270/70/17 is a good fit with that lift. You may have minor trimming but nothing major.
