Tire deal! If you want Duratrac

putting the turbo on my LX450 wagon. Just cuz We turbo'd Andy's tundra last week.

Now this I'd like to see. I talked to Greg about going wheeling some time a while back, but haven't had time to get out and do it. I'll also have to dig up the link for a guy I know up in Ft Collins that recently put a Holset variable geometry turbo on his Tacoma and he's programming his own vane controller.

Let me help you here with a little 5th gen flair...

These tires may not work on your TURD BRO edition 4Runner because you'll save too much money buying them. OBVIOUSLY since you didn't purchase an SR5 the only thing you're worried about is flaunting your expendable income (which by the fact you're driving a 4Runner and not a 200 Series LX, isn't much).

My SR5 will out perform that POS TURD BRO anywhere you want to go and I only spent $500 on my lift and tires combined. I BET YOU FEEL STUPID NOW DON'T YOU, YOU STUPID POS????? I BET MY HOUSE COST MORE THAN YOURS TOO. AND MY WIFE PROBABLY DRIVES A NICER CAR.

For the most part it's pretty civil outside of the 5th gen section, yes. It's out of control in there.

I originally was looking at the Grabber AT2's, my 4runner spends most of its time mall crawlin, but with the Duratracs so cheap I feel like its worth spending the extra 100 bucks to get them. The Grabbers are available in D load rating and the Duratracs are only E so thats something else I'm not 100% sure about from what I have heard D load rating is much more appropriate for our light 4Runners. Anyway what do you guys think Grabbers or Duratracs?

If you're just mall crawling I'd go with the Grabbers. You can get them in a D load and they also aren't as noisy. They do well enough off road as well.

My rig isn't light, fully loaded is over 5k lbs when you count front/rear bumper tire carrier, gas cans, tools, etc. So I have no problem with E range. I have about 60 miles on the Duratracs and they are smoother than my KM2 when new. If you're never going to see the dirt, then I wouldn't recommend them. I'd go with something like the Hankook atm to save some money. I love them on my truck, but to each its own.

The Grabbers are good for street only. Off road they are horrendous. A friend had a new set on his Tacoma. We were running Saline Valley Road in Death Valley, 3 punctures on 2 tires.

Does anyone have anything bad to say about the BFGoodrich All Terrain Ko2's?

EDIT: I hope not! Only 4 were left on the E-bay sale, so I bought them! I am little nervous about them being E rated and 59lb, I have never had E rated tires on a 4runner before.
