Tire Pressure Monitor SR5

I currently have the stock SR5 rims. I would like to put on 18's. Would the tire pressure monitor in still work?

The sensors are part of the valvestem. They will be removed from your current rims and transferred to the new rims and you're good to go :bigok:

Is this a tricky procedure?

No. Old School valvestems were rubber and just pulled through the hole in the rim. The TPMS system is a little box on the backside of the valvestem. To support it they use o-rings and a nut to hold the valvestem/TPMS assembly in place instead of just pulling the rubber stem (with a groove to hold it) through the hole. Look at yours and you can see the nut on the valvestem.
