Will I be ok to run 285 70 r17 on a stock wheel with 1.5 inch wheel spacers?

As far as the OEM wheel itself, YES, you will have no problems with the tire fitting on the rim. As far as fitting on your rig, you will have some trimming to do: fender liner, mud flap, and probably body mount chop. I am not sure about the 1.5" wheel spacers. I thought most 4th gen members were using 1.25" wheel spacers. I have aftermarket rims, so I do not use spacers and am therefore, not sure. Just remember that the wider the wheel spacer you go, the shorter life that your wheel bearings will have.
