Tire size help!

I call tire rack today and was going to buy a set of Dueler A/T REVO in a 265 70 17 and they told me they do not recommend that size cause it will not fit? is it true? but thay siad i should got with the stock size 265 65 17 but they were out of stock in them anyway and the 70 series werelike $10 cheaper per tire.

that is most definitely NOT true. the 265/70 WILL fit without a lift and without rubbing.
