Tire Sizing

My truck has tires size 265 65 18. How will installing 265 70 17 change the ride, if any, and can I even do that? I see a lot of 17" advertised everywhere and reasonably priced, reason I'm considering those. It's a 2009 UrbanRunner 2WD V6.

yeah you should be fine running 17s, shouldn't change anything

Not trying to insult you or question your knowledge but the way your post reads I'm not sure. Do you know that you will have to get 17" wheels to run 17" tires? Again, no offense intended.

They’re the same height/ circumference. Though they’re a little challenging to find, with 18s you can go to 265 70 18

You should expect more comfort with 17s.
