Tiregate Tailgate tire carrier....anyone have one of these?

So does the ball still stop the arm from dropping to the ground, or does the wheel hit the ground? If you could make it so that the wheel mount post hits the ground, then maybe it could double as a ramp :banana:

When the ball is on, the tire hits the ball and it stops it from dropping to the ground. When the hitch is off, the end of the receiver tube, hits the cross bar on the carrier, and it stops it from hitting the ground. I've been trying to send pics of the undercarriage braces, but for some reason, my computer is not recognizing my camera card????

There was a thread here last week with a bad-ass custom made rear bumper with a swing joint on the far side of it. I want one of those.
